These terms cover the Home Town Cards & Collectibles text message program (the "Program"), run by Home Town Collectibles LLC ("Home Town," "we," "us"), a trading card game store in Austin, Texas.

1. What we text you about

Game alerts: when a player starts a game or pod at our store for a game you told us you play, at a time you told us you're free.
Store and membership updates related to the games you picked, such as an invitation to join a game membership.
A one-time confirmation when you sign up, and replies to HELP and STOP.

2. How to sign up

Texts are off by default. To turn them on, sign in at hometown.cards/account/lfg (or during account sign-up), choose Text message under "How should we let you know?", enter your mobile number, and tick this box, which is never pre-checked:

After you save, we send one confirmation text:

Home Town Cards & Collectibles: You're signed up for game alerts. Msg frequency varies, up to 4 msgs/day. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything, enter an event, or hold a membership.

3. How often

Message frequency varies with how often games start that match your settings, up to 4 texts per day. We never send alerts between 9pm and 9am Central Time.

4. Cost

Home Town does not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

5. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We'll send one final text confirming you're unsubscribed and won't text you again unless you sign up again. You can also turn texts off any time at hometown.cards/account/lfg. To start again after opting out, reply START.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message, or email hometowncardsandcollectibles@gmail.com.

7. Carriers

Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery isn't guaranteed, so please don't rely on texts for anything time-critical.

8. Your privacy

We use your mobile number only to run this Program. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the Text Messages section of our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Our general Terms of Service also apply.
