When am I charged?
At checkout. Your pre-order is locked in and waiting for you on release day.
How do I get it?
In-store pickup at Home Town. You'll get a pickup code by email and it's ready Friday Oct 16, 2026 at 1:00 PM CT.
Why do members pay less?
Disney Lorcana members pay MSRP on every release — that's the point of the membership. Everyone else pays the current market price for the product, which can run above MSRP around launch.
Why can't I pre-order yet?
If you're not a member, public pre-orders open once we've set the market price — usually as soon as the product has a real market. Members can order at MSRP the moment their window opens.
What does Reserve get me?
Your pre-order window opens 72 hours before everyone else's, at MSRP. It's a place at the front of the line — product for our weekly events is set aside first, and limits still apply.
Can I cancel?
Pre-orders are final sales. Check purchase limits before you check out.
