How pre-orders work
The fine print, made simple
Players first, not resellers Austin pickup
- When am I charged?
- At checkout. Your pre-order is locked in and waiting for you on release day.
- How do I get it?
- In-store pickup at Home Town. You'll get a pickup code by email and it's ready Friday Oct 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM CT.
- What does Reserve get me?
- Your pre-order window opens 72 hours before everyone else's, at MSRP. It's a place at the front of the line — product for our weekly events is set aside first, and limits still apply.
- Can I cancel?
- Pre-orders are final sales. Check purchase limits before you check out.
